The Polis Re Insurance Center team has started work on creating its own branch network. The company plans to open new branches in more than 20 large cities of Kazakhstan. Developing its own sales channels will make it possible to manage the sale of the company’s insurance products effectively and to minimise costs.
Why an insurance broker needs its own branch network
Insurance is a service in which personal contact decides a great deal. It is important for the client to understand exactly what he or she is buying, which risks are covered, what exclusions the contract contains and whom to contact if an insured event occurs. When the specialist is in the same city, these questions are resolved faster: you can come with your documents, discuss the terms face to face and get an answer without lengthy correspondence.
Our own network also gives the company direct control over the quality of service. Uniform standards of consultation and the same procedure for drawing up contracts and supporting clients apply in all offices and do not depend on third-party intermediaries.
What a regional network gives clients
- Accessibility. You can get a consultation and arrange a contract in your own city, without having to go to another region.
- Knowledge of local specifics. Regional specialists have a better understanding of the features of their market – from the structure of the vehicle fleet to the typical risks for local businesses.
- Support when an insured event occurs. Help with collecting documents and dealing with the insurer is close to the client.
- Uniform terms. Service standards and the approach to selecting insurance protection are the same in all the cities where we operate.
What tasks the branches perform
The branch’s task is to be a place where the client can resolve any insurance-related question:
- consultation on types of insurance and explanation of contract terms;
- selection of a programme from different insurance companies and comparison of proposals;
- arranging compulsory and voluntary insurance contracts;
- making changes to existing policies and renewing them;
- help when an insured event occurs and monitoring of the settlement process.
For private clients
For individuals, the most in demand are motor insurance – compulsory MTPL and voluntary CASCO – as well as home insurance, health insurance, travel insurance and life insurance. A nearby office is especially important when making changes to a policy and when settling losses, when original documents need to be handed over.
For corporate clients
Companies in the regions need programmes for property, cargo, vehicle fleet and liability insurance, as well as compulsory employee accident insurance (OSRNS). For business, it is important to be able to discuss the terms with a consultant on site, agree limits and deductibles, and then receive support throughout the term of the contract.
Why our own sales channels reduce costs
When the sales and service process is built inside the company, the number of intermediate links is reduced. This simplifies document flow, speeds up the preparation of proposals and allows resources to be directed at what is really important for the client – the quality of consultations and the support of the contract.
How to get in touch right now
While the network is being developed, you can contact the specialists via the contacts page. Many types of insurance are arranged remotely, and a consultation on choosing a programme can be obtained by phone or online. An overview of the available lines is presented in the insurance section, and information on partner insurers is in the insurance companies section.
Frequently asked questions
In which cities will branches operate?
Opening is planned in more than 20 large cities of Kazakhstan. The current addresses and telephone numbers of the offices are given on the contacts page.
Will the terms differ in different cities?
Service standards are the same for all offices. At the same time, the cost of certain types of insurance, for example MTPL, may depend on the region – this is determined by insurers’ rates and legislation, not by the branch.
Can I arrange a policy if there is no office in my city yet?
Yes. Many contracts are arranged remotely – ask a consultant about the possibility.
Will service under existing contracts change?
No. Existing contracts continue to be serviced in the usual way, and once an office opens in your city it will be possible to resolve questions in person.
If you would like to discuss insurance protection for yourself or your company, you can get a consultation.
