JSC Insurance Company “Amanat” is a universal Kazakhstani insurer with more than 25 years of experience, which today positions itself as a digital insurance company. Amanat’s main idea is to create an insurance ecosystem in which a policy is bought in a few minutes and a loss is settled entirely online: without paperwork, trips to an office or unnecessary calls. The company itself emphasises that it was created to pay claims, not to avoid them. To support this, Amanat publishes settlement statistics: in 2024–2025 the company paid clients about KZT 8 billion across roughly 13,000 insured events, with the largest single payment amounting to KZT 555 million. For CASCO, cargo and property alone, more than 3,600 cases were settled during this period for a total of about KZT 3.5 billion.

Owners, management and branches
According to ARDFM, Amanat belongs to the insurance group of Fincraft Investment House LLP, which acts as the insurance holding, and the company’s major shareholder is listed as A. M. Iskandirov. The insurer’s management board is headed by Yernar Bakhytovich Nurgaliyev and the board of directors by Rashid Utebayevich Amirov; the board includes an independent director. In addition to the head office in Almaty, the company has seven branches — in Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Kostanay, Uralsk and Taraz — which allows it to serve clients in the key regions of the country.
Products for individuals
Compulsory motor insurance
An MTPL policy online in a few minutes with no commissions or hidden charges: all you need is a phone number, IIN and licence plate number. The contract is stored in the personal account, and payments are guaranteed by the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund.
CASCO
Personalised terms for voluntary motor insurance: damage from accidents, theft and unlawful acts of third parties, chips and scratches, damage to glass, optics and easily removable parts, theft of mirrors.
Travel medical insurance
A policy for a holiday, business trip or study abroad is issued online in a couple of minutes and arrives by email. It covers emergency diagnostics, outpatient and inpatient treatment, and medical transportation. Suitable for a Schengen visa.
Euro Protocol
Simplified reporting of minor accidents without calling the police — the company publishes step-by-step instructions on its website.
Insurance for legal entities
For business, Amanat offers both compulsory and voluntary lines of insurance. Cargo insurance is particularly well developed: for carriers and cargo owners the company has prepared separate instructions on online registration and handling of insured events, as well as guidance notes and requirements for photo and video documentation.

Digital services
Amanat builds its work around the personal account. In it, clients buy and renew policies, store contracts, submit insured event applications and see all stages of the review. The website also offers verification of a policy and case status by contract number, a vehicle depreciation calculator, a section with answers to frequently asked questions and financial literacy materials. For insurance agents the company is developing a separate mobile platform.
Important: the company warns clients about fraudsters who pose as its employees. Buy policies only through Amanat’s official channels or licensed intermediaries, and verify the contract by number in the database.
How to report an insured event
Submit a request online
Log in to your personal account on the Amanat website from any device and fill in the insured event application. For an urgent consultation there is a separate claims line.
Upload documents and photos
Attach photos and documents right in your account. For CASCO and cargo, detailed instructions on photographing and documentation are published on the website.
Automatic assessment
Digital algorithms process the claim and shorten the time to a decision, while you see the status at every stage and receive notifications.
Receive payment
The money goes directly to your account, and the entire settlement history is stored electronically.
